As an Assistant Vice President from Summit Planners Cluster which is a cluster of branch units representing Manulife Financial Advisers Pte Ltd, my role is to equip my Financial Services Consultants (“FSCs”) with the essential knowledge and skills to provide value-added solutions for individuals and business owners. In addition, I impart my knowledge and provide my FSCs with the expertise they need to fulfil their role and positively impact their business through training and joint fieldwork.

I am dedicated to delivering value-added financial advice and solutions to help my clients and their loved ones create a sustainable future.

In Summit Planners Cluster, we have various digital initiatives to help our FSCs excel in their business. Our digital methods involve automated daily posting to our advisers’ social media accounts to ensure a consistent stream of content for our advisers’ social media channels. On top of that, our lead generation method is also crucial in attracting potential customers for our FSCs. We believe that continuous learning is the key to success. We provide our FSCs with the most comprehensive, interactive, and flexible learning experience through our e-learning platform which allows our FSCs to learn effectively at their own pace and time. Last but not least, we also helped our FSCs maintain contact with our existing clients by sending regular newsletters and updates.
